appreciate the genre collision effort, the courtroom deduction x rhythm game. but i think we need to establish the environment to support the genre collision
I really like the attempt to combine courtroom deduction with a rhythm game. It’s a cool and unique concept, but unfortunately, both parts felt a little flat to me.
The rhythm sections don’t have much variation, and performing the inputs doesn’t feel very satisfying or rewarding.
The courtroom deduction section had a similar issue. It’s mostly a series of questions and text, with not much to react to. Adding some visuals, character reactions, or images to the evidence could make the deduction feel more engaging. As it is, answering the questions doesn’t really give me that satisfying feeling of figuring something out.
I really like the concept, though. I think both mechanics could be much more engaging with more variety and stronger feedback.
